Trooper

The Infantry Service Dog

Trooper, the official Infantry Service Dog and part-time youth baseball coach, brings unmatched energy to the field—especially when snacks are involved. Specializing in “ruff” fundamentals, Trooper is known for chasing down overthrown balls (whether asked to or not), offering motivational tail wags in the dugout, and maintaining strict supervision of all post-game treats. As a hitting consultant, he believes in a simple approach: see ball, fetch ball. On defense, his range is impressive, though he occasionally struggles with the “drop it” command. When he’s not coaching, he’s hard at work boosting team morale and reminding players that every great inning deserves a belly rub.
